Our Plan To Improve Kuda Cards

We’re excited about what’s coming!

It’s safe to say that our card services have not been impressive over the past few months. As Kuda customers ourselves, we know this well.

We’ve had several batches of requested cards held up for too long, intermittent failed transactions and delayed reversals from time to time.

There are several reasons for these including a growing demand for cards, last year’s infamous material shortage at our card issuing partner’s production facilities and technical problems with reversals of failed card transactions, but we’re not going to make any excuses.

Instead, we’d love to share our simple plan to improve card services beginning immediately.

1. We’re concluding plans to print cards at our own facility. With full control of production, we’ll be able to guarantee faster delivery and more card varieties.

2. We’ll partner with more logistics companies to meet the growing demand for cards nationwide.

3. With the new plans, we will have more control over transactions initiated with Kuda Cards.

Unfortunately, we cannot completely eradicate failed transactions because of the general dependencies of financial transactions. But in most cases, we will know the moment a card has been declined and we can initiate an immediate reversal. This will take care of the technical problems that often cause a backlog of reversals.

Speaking of taking care of problems, we’re improving response and resolution times on our current customer support channels — email, in-app chat and social media DMs.

We’re growing quickly and this means that we have more support requests every day. We anticipated this so we’re adding reliable ways for you to reach us and setting up dedicated teams to handle requests such as account upgrades a lot faster.

We’ve always built Kuda together and that’s not about to change anytime soon.
